This session generally lasts around 60 minutes.
Moving forward, building familiarity and with an informed therapeutic and well-being plan, the weekly sessions promote emotional regulation, exploration, expression, understanding and healing, before establishing effective new strategies, techniques and resilience. By a processes of up dating the neural pathways in the brain, making small yet effective daily change, you begin formulate new patterns, implement life long change so to choose the life you want to live.
Weekly sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
