Rapid Transition Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling, and Mindfulness in Chorley, PR7 2AA.

A warm welcome! I am Jacqueline, an experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Hypnotherapist, in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Mindfulness Wellbeing Practitioner. I work therapeutically with young people and adults and am committed to providing a safe, calming, respectful, and non-judgmental space to gently explore any difficulties you may be experiencing.

I hold specialism in neuro-diversity, anxiety, attachments and trauma, alongside extensive experience, successfully supporting clients navigating fear, grief, panic, low self esteem, OCD and disorganised patterns.

My Story

My story began with what I now recognise as anxiety, often so consuming that I couldn't hear what was happening around me. My inner critic was unbearably loud.

I left school feeling completely inadequate, with no direction and no qualifications to my name.

In my early twenties, I sought counselling and went to college, where I discovered two important things.

First, I learned that I was a bully—to myself. I systematically put myself down long before anyone else had the chance. Second, I found out that I had a specific learning difficulty, which explained a great deal about my experiences.

As you can see, I have firsthand experience of searching for answers, seeking change, and finding the right counsellor. This is in addition to my roles as a parent and therapist.

I believe that investing in our emotional well-being is an ongoing, daily practice, much like eating nutritious food and exercising for physical health. After all, the mind and body are intrinsically connected.

Thank you for taking the time to read my ever-evolving story.

Best wishes,
Jacqueline
